29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by amputation: a). On or about 7/20/16, on site, for employees operating the Pat Mooney Inc. FMB horizontal band saw without a guard covering the unused portion of the blade outside of the point of operation. Employees are making angle cuts on a metal pieces used to manufacture fencing on a daily basis.
