29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a) 44715 Prentice Dr., Sterling, VA 20166: On or about April 15, 2016, and times prior thereto, the electrical pull box with 120 volt wiring on the Marathon Equipment Company baler did not have a cover, exposing employees to electrical shock. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
