29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: a. On or about April 1, 2016, on the trusses of the 6:12 pitch roof, employees installing truss framing and bracing were exposed to a 10 feet fall hazard while climbing interior framing braces in that they were not provided a ladder or stairs to access the roof or trusses. Panama City Framing, LLC, the Successor of Panama City Framing and Siding, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1065007, Serious citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 8, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 6101 Edith Stephens Drive, Panama City, Florida.
