29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: On or about March 31, 2016 and in times prior thereto, the following electrical devices were not identified. This condition created an electrical hazard to rebar fabricators. a. 120/240 volt breaker panel did not have the breakers labeled as to their purpose, located on the wall in front of the fabrication shop b. Rod Chomper Model CRE8D stop button was replaced by toggle switch and not identified.
