29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. Employer did not ensure an eye wash station was provided for employees to drench the eyes. Tulia Health and Rehabilitation Center was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.151(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 605638, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 26,2013, with respect to a workplace located at 714 S. Austin Avenue, Tulia, Texas 79088.
