29 CFR 1926.152(a)(1): Containers other than approved metal safety cans or DOT approved containers were used for the handling and use of flammable liquids in quantities of 5 gallons or less: a) 1358 Newport Avenue, Northampton, PA, Worksite - on or about March 26, 2016, employees were using pneumatic nail guns provided with service air pressure from a gasoline powered air compressor, but the additional gasoline available onsite was not stored in an approved metal safety can or DOT approved container.
