29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: Note: Toeboards are only required when persons can pass, there is moving equipment or there is equipment with which falling materials could create a hazard. On or about 2/24/2016 in the Less Than Truck Load (LTL) Shelving Shop on the two mezzanines at 1501 Dials Mill Road , Statham, GA: Employees storing and removing plastic and other material used with the plant houses are exposed to a fall hazard up to 8 feet where a guardrail system was not installed completely.
