29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed. Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: a) Storage Room: The exit route to the exit door at the receiving area was blocked by the conveyor and storage of boxes and inventory down to a couple of inches of clearance. b) Throughout the Merchandise Sales Floor: The exit route to both the front and rear exits were completely blocked by boxes and merchandise being taken off of the truck and stored in the aisle.
