29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(9)(iii): Class III asbestos work involving drilling, cutting, abrading, sanding, chipping, breaking or sawing of thermal system insulation or surfacing material, was conducted without the use of impermeable drop cloths and/or without the use of mini-enclosures or glove bag systems pursuant to 29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(5) or another isolation method: a) In the Facility, Coke Oven Batteries 1, 2, and 3, on or about February 1 through February 5, 2016, the employer did not ensure that Class III asbestos work involving cutting, abrading, chipping, or breaking or sawing of thermal system insulation was isolated.
