29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Paint Department, P2 Deco: On or about March 23, 2016 employees were exposed to electrical hazards, while using a Simco Ion Speed Static Bar that was fed from an extension cord routed from an outlet approximately 6 feet from the static bar's fixed location at the employee work station.
