29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the following means: a. On or about June 6, 2016, the cabinet door on the control junction box for the Herkules #9 roll grinder (RG 5315) was left open for cooling purposes and for a low voltage cable that was run through the door opening, thereby exposing employees to an electrical hazard. b. On or about June 6, 2016, the cabinet door on the control junction box for the Herkules #10 roll grinder (RG 5325) was left open for cooling purposes, thereby exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
