29 CFR 1910.107(b)(8): Each spray booth was not separated from other operations by not less than 3 feet, or by a greater distance, or by such partition or wall as to reduce the danger from juxtaposition of hazardous operations. a. Spray Booth: On or about February 23, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to flash fires while applying flammable epoxy in a spray booth where sanding and drilling equipment was being used without separating the stock casting operation by a minimum of 3 feet.
