29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4): Portable fire extinguishers were not maintained in a fully charged and operable condition: a) In the Powder Coating Department, on April 26, 2016, where the ABC fire extinguisher adjacent to the powder coating booths was not fully charged. Employees spray a flammable powder coating. This condition exposed employees to a fire hazard.
