29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person was exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body was not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Employees working in the water treatment facility were exposed to chemical burns of the eyes and skin from exposure to sodium hypochlorite; (b) Employees hooking up HCP pH Control (caustic) in the outside bulk chemical storage area were exposed to chemical burns of the eyes and skin.
