29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4): Portable fire extinguishers were not kept in their designated places at all times except during use: a) Establishment: On or about March 4, 2016, and at times prior, workers were exposed to hazards at nine locations across the site in that fire extinguishers were missing from designated locations, and not readily available for immediate use in the following areas: - Steelmaking maintenance (3) - Machine Shop (2) - Rail Mill (2) - South Millwright (1). - Electrical Shop (1) Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
