29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 2143-49 Lombard Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146: The employer did not ensure that each employee performing framing work was protected from falling. Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 9ft. Conditions were observed on or about February 18, 2016.
