29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: Launius Enterprises, LLC dba Servicemaster Professional Restoration, Chamblee, GA - Employees were exposed to upper respiratory irritation and high levels of ozone while using ozone to clean material damaged from fire in an occupied warehouse. The ozone generator states "is intended for use in unoccupied areas only. Treated area should be aired out prior to reentering to prevent exposure to high levels of ozone." The employer had not identified and evaluated the respiratory hazard(s) to which the workers are exposed, on or about 02/08/16. The employer had not conducted monitoring.
