29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. On 2/05/2016, Warrenton Oil Company had a subcontractor installing veneer stone on the front of a commercial building located at 3257 County Road 211, Kingdom City, MO. One of the subcontractors employees was not wearing eye protection while using a pneumatic nail gun and cutting veneer stone.
