29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a) The employer does not require the use of guardrails along all open sides and ends of the scaffold being used by the employees performing masonry work. The violation was most recently at 1470 Taylor Road, Montgomery AL. On January 12, 2016 the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work from the second level of a three buck high scaffold - 13.7 feet without guardrails along the end and corner side of the platform where it extended beyond the building.
