29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: a) Employees conducting refrigeration system inspections, tests, preventative maintenance and repairs activities on the roofs of buildings located at 122 and 187 Kohlman Road, Fond du Lac, WI were not provided roof edge fall protection. Fall distances ranged from 9 feet to over 30 feet.
