29 CFR 1926.850(b): The walls or floors were not shored or braced where employee(s) were required to work within a damaged structure to be demolished: Location: 490 Arsenal Street, Watertown, MA between column line 8&10 and L&N Linx building main structure On or about 12/2/15, the employer failed to brace or shore the interior non-load bearing wall after the lower section of the wall was demolished. Later an employee performed demolition to the upper section of this wall and was struck in the back by a section of sheet rock.
