29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) On or about December 23, 2015, Premier Roofing Company LLC, as the controlling employer, did not ensure employees of Walter Construction, LTD were protected from eye injuries resulting from utilizing pneumatic nailers while installing shingles without the benefit of eye protection.
