29 CFR 1910.95(k)(2): The training program was not repeated annually for each employee included in the hearing conservation program: The employer did not ensure that an employee exposed to noise at or above 85 decibels in the finishing department (cut off, grinding and cast cleaning) were provided training annually on the effects of noise on hearing. A & B Foundry was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 737142, Citation 2 Item 1 issues on May 14, 2013 and became a Final Order on December 18, 2013.
