29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(5)(i)[B][2]: Electrical circuits in the enclosure were not deactivated nor equipped with ground-fault circuit interrupters: a) On or about December 7, 2011, asbestos abatement employees were exposed to electric shock while using wet methods (water sprayer) and working in a negative pressure enclosure which contained electrical outlets and fixtures that had not been deactivated and were not equipped with ground fault circuit interrupters.
