29 CFR 1910.132(h)(1): Personal protective equipment (PPE), was not provided by the employer at no cost to employees. a) Boccella Precast, LLC. - Production Plant located at 122 AC Moore Drive, Berlin NJ: The employer required employees to buy their own hand protection which is required by 29 CFR 1910.138(a). Employees were exposed to cuts, abrasions or irritations when handling wet concrete or cutting metal rebar bars, on or about 12/15/2015. b) Boccella Precast, LLC. - Production Plant located at 324 New Brooklyn Road, Berlin NJ:The employer required employees to buy their own hand protection which is required by 29 CFR 1910.138(a). Employees were exposed to cuts, abrasions or irritations when handling wet concrete or cutting metal rebar bars, on or about 12/15/2015.
