29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created when troubleshooting underneath the brick setting machine. (a) Mill #1, Brick Setting Machine - On or about December 9, 2015 additional methods of machine guarding were not provided to prevent employees from having any part of their body in the danger zone of moving machine parts while working under the brick setting machine.
