29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. On or about October 27, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees in Building B were exposed to trip hazards while walking in the area without the aisles being kept clear with no obstructions.
