29 CFR 1910.23(c)(3): Regardless of height, open-sided floors, walkways, platforms, or runways above or adjacent to dangerous equipment, pickling or galvanizing tanks, degreasing units, and similar hazards were not guarded with a standard railing and toe board: The employer is failing to protect employees from a fall/electrical hazard in that the platform used to access the upper areas of the mold machines was designed/built so that it creates a fall hazard onto electrical equipment at a voltage of 480 volts in the mold machine area.
