29 CFR 1910.26(c)(2)(vii): 1910.26(c)(2)(7): Ladders having defects were not marked and taken out of service until repaired. On or about 10/15/2015 in the trailer shop work area at 6575 Marshall Blvd in Lithonia, GA: Employee observed using a bent, broken, and damage A-Frame ladder that was about six feet to access and egress inside of the trailer he was working on at the time of the inspection.
