OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were permitted to operate off road utility vehicles with improper tire pressures: (a) Maxwell Ridge Road, West Union, WV: Employees were operating and riding in the Polaris Ranger 400 Midsize utility vehicle with improper tire pressures which can result in loss of control of the vehicle according to the manufacturer as determined on October 14, 2015. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
