29 CFR 1910.95(i)(4): The employer did not provide training in the use and care of all hearing protectors provided to employees: a) On or about September 23, 2015, throughout establishment, the employer failed to ensure that temporary workers working at Berg Steel Pipe Corp., who were expose to noise levels exceeding an 8-hour time-weighted average of 90 decibels, were provided training in the use and care of all hearing protectors devices provided to employees. ADECCO USA INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 948156. Citation No. 1, Item No. 3, and was affirmed as final order on 01/02/2015, with respect to workplace located at One Lemon Ln NE, Atlanta, GA 30307.
