Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 002 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(i): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15- and 20-ampere receptacles installed in bathrooms or on rooftops were not equipped with ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel. (a) In the bathroom at the Moorhead Post Office, a standard 125 volt single 15 or 20 ampere receptacle was not suitably equipped with ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection. The receptacle supplied power for an electric tankless water heater on the wall above the toilet. This condition exposed employees to fire and electrical hazards.
