29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i): Process safety information pertaining to the equipment in the process did not include the elements specified in 29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(A) through (H): a) For the Flour Bleaching Process - On or about September 30, 2015, the employer did not compile complete and detailed process safety information (PSI) to meet the requirements of 29 CFR Part 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(A) through (H) before conducting the process hazard analysis in that the piping and instrument diagram did not have a legend to define the symbols nor was it labeled with the specific identity of the pressure relief valve in use; the pressure relief valve system design, design basis, and PSI were not readily available; and the material and energy balances for the process had not been determined. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.
