29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: a) Jobsite - The employer did not ensure that the work areas were free from excess materials, including, but not limited to piles of scrap, cardboard boxes, and building debris exposing employees to tripping and fire hazards. Observed on or about 21 JULY 2015. Seitz Technical Products was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.141(a)(3)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314232562, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 22 JUNE 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Route 41 and Newark Road, Avondale, PA.
