29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a- 2500 Gianna Drive, Glassboro NJ: Two employees, not supplied nor wearing fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 29 feet to the ground surface below, when working from an elevated man lift basket of an articulated boom lift. Condition observed on or about 09/12/15.
