29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that employees acquired the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage and removal of energy control devices: a) Fill Room 2, on or about 9/9/15: Employees performing, including, but not limited to, cleaning operations, clearing jams, changeovers, etc. on the filler machines, were not trained as authorized employees to ensure that they acquired the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage and removal of energy control devices. Abatement documentation must be submitted for this item.
