29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program enabling recognition of and appropriate protective procedures for fall hazards for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: (a)Guadalupe Moreno Construction at 13918 Weld County Road 4, Brighton, CO: On and preceding 9/2/15 the employer did not provide a training program enabling recognition of and appropriate protective procedures for fall hazards for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. Workers performed repairs to roof trusses and roof sheathing of a barn. The workers were exposed to fall hazards while working among the trusses. Guadalupe Moreno Construction did not provide fall protection training to the workers. This condition exposed the workers to an approximate sixteen foot fall hazard.
