29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached) where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening is 6 feet or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening. (a) T.J. Jackson Drive, Falling Waters, WV: An employee was conducting framing activities while standing at a wall opening. The employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 10 feet to the lowest portion of the ground, as observed on or about 09/02/2015. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
