29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed:) a) Paper machine #1, west side wall in the basement, on or about August 18, 2015, the 480-volts electrical disconnect panel box had an unused opening on the right side from a missing knockout, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. Georgia-Pacific Cedar Springs, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 943256, citation number 1, item 004 and was affirmed as final order May 5, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 12551 Hwy 273 West, Cedar Springs, Georgia.
