29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: a) a) 844 Tuck Street, Lebanon, PA; Employees were flashing around the chimney while working on a scaffold platform 12 feet above the ground without the use of fall protection, on or about 07/30/2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
