29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toe boards: a) At the shop located at 3212 26th Avenue East Bradenton (FL), employees were exposed to a 7'-5" fall hazard from the storage space (mezzanine) that had a parapet wall that was only 27.5 " high as a guardrail system, as observed on or about 9/30/2015.
