29 CFR 1926.50(b): Provisions were not made prior to commencement of the project for prompt medical attention in case of serious injury: The employer does not ensure that provisions are made on how to summon medical attention before the commencement of work begins. This violation occurred on or about July 4, 2015 at the construction site where employees were conducting residential framing operations. Employees working in the area were exposed to the delay of receiving medical first aid.
