29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b): 29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b)(1): The employer did not ensure the quantity of liquid located outside of an inside storage room or storage cabinet in a building or in any one fire area of a building did not exceed 25 gallons of Category 1 flammable liquids in containers. a). Paint Shack Area - On or about and times prior to July 7, 2015, approximately 100 gallons of lacquers, thinners, and sealers were routinely stored in the Paint Shack Area, thus exposing employees to a fire hazard.
