29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: a) at the jobsite, the employer did not have an employee on site trained to recognize or provide medical attention to an employee exposed to excessive heat. The first aid kit in the employee's van didn't have medical devices such as but not limited to a thermometer and blood pressure cuff.
