29 CFR 1910.217(c)(2)(i)(a): Point of operation guard(s) on mechanical power press(es) did not prevent entry of hands or fingers into the point of operation by reaching through, over, under or around the guard: a) Workplace, Stamping Area- The front opening of the guard on the Bliss 35 ton Power Press #5, serial number H6140 HP47007, did not prevent the operator from reaching through the guard; on or about 6/22/15. b) Workplace, Stamping Area- The top opening of the guard on the Bliss 35 ton Power Press #5, serial number H6140 HP47007, did not prevent the operator from reaching over the guard; on or about 6/22/15. c) Workplace, Stamping Area- The side opening of the guard on the Bliss 35 ton Power Press #5, serial number H6140 HP47007did not prevent the operator from reaching over the guard; on or about 6/22/15.
