29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment. Establishment Boiler Room: Unused openings in electrical distribution panels were not effectively closed. Ace Begonias, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1000871, Citation Number 2, Item Number 3, issued on 12/23/2014 with respect to a workplace located at 231 Seymour Rd., Woodbridge, CT 06525 and became a final order on 1/22/2015.
