29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: On or about June 2, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was constructing the ridge and rafters of a residential property from a scaffold platform that was ten (10) inches wide, exposing the employee to a fall of approximately seventeen (17) feet. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
