29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) Suncrest Village: The employer does not provide a training program for employees exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling. This condition was most recently observed on or about May 27, 2015 in that four employees were exposed to falls of up to 35 feet to the ground while performing roofing work on a 7:12 pitch roof with no fall protection. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM
