29 CFR 1910.27(f): Ladders were not maintained in a safe condition or inspected regularly: On or about 05/06/2015, the employer failed to ensure that fixed ladders such as; but not limited to, the fixed ladder leading to the work platform (treehouse) in the Alloy Alley area at the facility were maintained in a safe condition. The (fixed) ladder which showed damage/ distortion to the rungs, exposed employees to a potential slip/fall hazard(s).
