29 CFR 1910.23(a)(8): Every floor hole into which persons can accidentally walk were not guarded: a)9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ- Building 10, Danieli Rack Lift Area: Employees worked in the vicinity of the rack lift location where there were unguarded floor holes while working with small racks which was observed on or about 6/22/15. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
